High School Confirmation Program

Who Should Register?
Holy Trinity’s High School Confirmation program is for high school students (grades 9-12) who:

Have received the Sacrament of Baptism
-
Are ready to deepen their faith and encounter the Holy Spirit
-
Commit to preparing their hearts for the gift of the Holy Spirit
-
Are willing to say yes to Christ and live as His witnesses in their family, friends, school, and the world
If you are no longer in High School and are over the age of 18, but would like to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation - please contact our OCIA Director, Adrian Aralar, at ocia@holytrinityla.org
What to Expect
Catechism Class
Deep catechesis on the faith, the Holy Spirit, and the Sacrament of Confirmation that challenge you to think about what you believe and why.
Youth Mass
Mass celebrated once a month, for the youth and led by the youth - where the liturgy comes alive in a way that is both reverent and personal.
Year 1 & Year 2 Retreat
Day retreat (Year 1) and weekend retreat (Year 2) dedicated time away from the noise of daily life for deeper prayer, reflection, and spiritual formation.
Sponsor and Saint Formation
One of the most meaningful parts. A guided preparation for choosing your Confirmation sponsor and saint with intention and prayer.
Youth Night
Led by our Youth Ministry Core Team, this is where faith, friendship, and fun come together. This is where your community is built.
Holy Hour
Dedicated time before the Blessed Sacrament in Adoration - learning to encounter Christ in silence, prayer, and worship.
Service Project
Putting your faith into action by serving those in need in your parish and surrounding community. Some of the projects include serving at Youth Mass.
Field Trips
Joining thousands of young catholics outside of our parish by attending events, such as LA Youth Day and the National Catholic Youth Conference.
